This is the main landing page of our sourcing portal which has direct access to frequently used functionalities as mentioned below:

Today's open bid: This block shows the number of bid which are in open status for current day. Clicking view details show bid details in “Today’s Open Bid” box.

Not forwarded bids: This block shows the number of bid for which participation is over and they are not forwarded for approvals. Clicking view details show bid details in “Not forwarded Bids” box.

Bids under approval: This block shows the number of bid for which are forwarded for approvals. Clicking view details show bid details in “Bids under approval” box.

Awarded bid: This block shows the number of bid which are finally approved. Clicking view details show bid details in “Awarded bid” box. Pending Activities: All activities (approvals, draft configurations etc.) pending at user end is displayed in this box clicking which appropriate action can be taken.

My Profile: Click on your name (top right corner or screen) and select My Profile to update your mobile number. The bid types which you can configure is also listed here for your reference.

Change Password: Click on your name (top right corner or screen) and select Change Password to change your existing password.

Menu Items: Click on top left corner below company logo to see menu items available to you as per your role in applications.
